Why did you choose consulting as a career?

For fifteen years I maintained the accounting function of my family's consulting engineering firm. Having daily contat with the firm's clients and industry colleagues provided the foundation upon which I built my career. After earning my MBA, I found the greatest satisfaction working with people, identifying challenges and building solutions. 

 

What should a client know about your experience?

I have solid business experience in strategic planning, human resource initiatives, research, project management, and program design. Identifying client opportunities and critical issues allows me to be instrumental in helping them visualize organizational potential, guiding them to take the steps to achieve desire outcomes and solutions. Additionally, I have worked with clietns in re-engineering their culture and business processes, and maximizing individuals and teams performance. 

 

What is the most fulfilling part of your work?

I am an anayitical thinker. I like to worlk toward solutions. The work that we do allows me to use my strengths, it allows me to grow personally and professionally. I am grateful for the opportunites I have to get to know and work closely with a variety of interesting and talented people. 

 

What have been your most rewarding/energizing engagements?

We provide business consulting services for a wide varety of companies. Whatever the experience, I have learned something from each and every engagement. I feel energized when we are able to successfully implement plans, that brings me the most rewards.
