YOU ARE WHO YOU ARE- EXPLORING YOUR PERSONAL STYLE (MBTI)

 

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is used to describe the valuable differences between people. This session will help participants identify their own preference for communicating with others, taking in information, making decisions, solving problems, and will explain interpersonal issues and conflicts that can occur with various personality types. This information will describe each participant’s personality, but will not prescribe how one should be.

  1. Identify one's preference for communicating, taking in information, making decisions, solving problems  

  2. Understand interpersonal relationships that occur with various personality types 

  3. Enhance self-awareness while building the recognition of the value of diversity in team membersUse a decision making model that emphasizes the strength of each team member
